Season 3 of Bosch dropped on Friday, April 21. The Amazon Original series has had me from the beginning and so far the latest season does not disappoint.
Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) is his typically dry, somewhat boring and brooding character with bouts of coolness, flashes of sadness and wry humor, and an unfathomable darkness that makes you keep watching to find out when he’s really going to explode.
Bosch is back in the judicial and media spotlight in connection with the murder of a suspect he’d been keeping an eye for some time.
His partner suspects he’s been framed and works to figure out who and why. Meanwhile a series of interrelated killings, all related to the death of said suspect and said framing, are the focus of the series episodes along with subplot fodder regarding father-daughter relationships and the dating scene.
Titus Welliver is one of those actors that has been in a ton of movies but somehow flew under our radar for the most part. While reading the Wikipedia entry on him we find that he has been in a long list of films and TV shows starting in early 90s with small roles in films like The Doors with Val Kilmer, Navy SEALs with Charlie Sheen and Bill Paxton, and TV shows like Matlock, Beverly Hills 90210, LA Law, Tales from the Crypt and The X-Files, NCIS, Prison Break, Monk and many others.
